Bob Morris’ Paradise Cove Beach Cafe in Malibu

Relaxing place to take in some sun and have amazing food.
My husband and I go to this place whenever we feel like an Ahi Tuna Sandwich. It is the best Ahi Tuna Sesame Seared Sandwich ever in Los Angeles. There are lots of great place where you can have Ahi tuna sandwich but you cannot compare them to this place. It is undesirable.  SO FRESH & THICK. It melts really quickly in my mouse♥

Kimchi Fried Noodles

Time:
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups of Kimchi
1/4 chopped onion
1/4 chopped bell pepper
2 eggs
1 Tsp olive oil
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 Tsp smashed garlic

Over high heat, fry smashed garlic, chopped onion and chopped bell pepper with olive oil until they start turning yellow. Add chopped Kimchi and fry them all together until Kimchi becomes brownish. Add cooked noddles and stir all together for 2 minutes. At last add eggs in the middle of the pan* and cook it.
If you stir eggs before it fully cooks, it would become small pieces and loose chunky flavors. So, DON'T~!

For more flavors, add soy sauce and black pepper.

Then yam yam yam~!

Spicy Noodles (Bibim Guksu)

Time:
Prep Time: 30 Minutes
Cook Time: 30 Minutes

Ingredients:
Soba Noodles(메밀국수)* or Thin noodles(소면), cucumber, regular & purple cabbage,  boiled egg(option), kimchi(option)
*Soba Noodles are fat- and cholesterol-free and are a good source of nutrients like manganese, lean protein, carbohydrates and thiamine. So, I prefer it than regular thing noddles.

Sauce: (10 servings)*
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of soy sauce
1 cup of vinegar
1 cup of onion puree
1/2 cup of sesame oil
1/2 cup of olive oil
1 Tbs Wasabe
1 Tbs chili powder
1 Tbs chili paste
1 Tbs minced garlic
1 Tbs sesame seed powder

*I make 10 servings of sauce and keep it refrigerated. It is really easy to make it when ever I feel like it:)

Direction:
  1. Add about  7 oz (200 grams) of noodles into a pot of boiling water. Stir them with a spoon to prevent them from sticking together. Close the lid.
  2. A few minutes later, they’ll start boiling over. Open the lid and stir the noodles. Cook a few minutes more with the lid open until they are cooked well.
  3. When the noodles are cooked, rinse them in cold water with ice couple of times, strain them, and set aside. The noodles will expand and lose their chewiness as time passes, so the noodles should always be cooked last in this recipe, and then eat right away.
  4. Put each portion of noddles on a serving bowl and add the prepared vegetable and sauce on the top.
  5. Add boiled eggs and chopped kimch at last. (Option)

  6. NOW mix it well and EAT! YAMMY~~~!!

Food in Los Angeles

Before we had a baby, we used to go this place every Sunday morning. Their French Toast is amazing. So soft and puffy~! The maple syrup and seasonal fruit fit perfectly. It tasted like they bake it first and toast in the pan at last. Don't be late. It is so popular that it runs out quickly.
Also, their morning food sandwich with vegetarian sausage is really tasty. Some places have weird vegetarian meat but this one is a little bit better than really meat to me:)

Baby Lotion Reviews (Physiogel & Babytime Soothing Cream)

When my baby turned about 3 months, his skin started developing red, dry, itchy patches. After researching, I bought Physiogel Cream and Babytime Soothing Cream. These two are the great creams.

Physiogel Cream:
Babytime Soothing Cream:

It feels soft and absorbed into skin very quickly. After applying it for 3 days, my baby's skin got much better and red patches reduced a lot. Compared to other baby products, it works well on my baby's skin. The only problem was it would last long  so I had to apply it to my baby frequently. One of my friends actually share it with her baby. According to her, whenever she has skin problems, she uses it and her skin gets much better.

This cream was recommended from one of my friends. Her baby had eczema she tried a lots of creams found it. It works really great and lasts longer than other products. The texture is sticky and watery so every time I wash my hands after applying it to my baby's skin(especially his face). The only thing I don't like is its package is kinds of small so it runs out quickly.

Umami Burger in The Grove

Decent burgers for decent price. I was really impressed with their Ahi Tuna Burger than The Original. I would highly recommend Ahi Tuna Burger if you like Sashimi. It is combined with avocado perfectly. CREAMY & FRESH!

보통 버거집이라고 하면 고기패티를 시켜야 할것만 같지만 이곳에서는 참치버거가 끝내준다는걸!

They make amazing hand drip coffee. I have been trying to have drip coffee several times in different locations and found this place! It is the best hand drip coffee ever so far.
They have great sandwiches too. I love their Salmon B.L.T. Thick and perfectly seasoned bacon & house cured salmon in ciabbata♥

Finally they opened Baby Cupcakes in Los Angeles. I have been dying to try these donut since I am a Donut-holic:) It was so soft inside and had decent amounts of salted caramel frosting. Not too sweet and not too greasy! Even though it was kinds of expensive for donuts but was worth it. Next time, I should try their cupcakes♥
